New paragraph
Before attending a job each customer will be asked if they have any symptoms of Coronavirus (Dry Persistent Cough, High Temperature, Shortness of Breath, Fever, Loss of Taste or Smell) or are generally feeling unwell. We will also give the same information to our customers. If either party has any symptoms the job will be rearranged.
If you are Self Isolating for any reason the job will not go ahead and will be rearranged, at a mutually agreeable time, when it is safe to do so.
All Communication at this time to be carried out by phone and email as far as possible.
Work will only be carried out where effective social distancing can be achieved as set by HM Government guidelines with a minimum distance of 2 meters (6'6") between people. We also ask our customers to stay indoors as much as possible while work is being carried out.
We always appreciate the kind hospitality shown to us by all our customers and we also really enjoy interacting with everyone. However during this period we will be supplying our own provisions and drinks and we will be working as efficiently as possible to minimize time outside.
During this period of time our preferred method of Payment is by bank transfer wherever possible and invoices will be emailed again wherever it possible to do so.
Should we develop any of the Coronavirus symptoms we will immediately Self Isolate for 14 days in accordance with NHS and HM Government guidelines.
Finally thank you for taking time reading our current policy and thank you for your understanding and co-operation during this time. Are sole aim is to keep everyone we deal with and ourselves as safe as possible. The policy is fluid and under constant review and will be updated immediately with any changes made by HM Government guidelines.
